‘Go Blue’ fundraiser for Mental Health Awareness Week

Join South East and Central Essex Mind in showing our community that mental health matters. This year, we’re asking our supporters to donate to our charity and going blue for the day during May to help mark Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s MHAW is running during 13-19 May, but you can take part at any point during the month.

Going blue can be as simple as wearing a blue tshirt, or as big as decorating your building! This fundraiser is open to anyone and you can take part from any location. Take part as a school, a workplace or as an individual.

Many aspects of life can cause stress, but this year, we’ll be sharing tips and coping strategies to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

University Mental Health Day is the biggest day of the year for student mental health, bringing the nation together to make mental health a university-wide priority. The aim is to create ongoing change to the future of student mental health.

Children's Mental Health Week is taking place on 5-11 February 2024. This year's theme is Express Yourself. Express Yourself is about allowing children and young people to let their voices be heard and express how they feel in a way they want to.

This World Mental Health Day, join South East and Central Essex Mind in showing our community that mental health matters. This year, we’re asking our supporters to donate to our charity and wear blue for the day during October to help mark World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10 October.

Wearing blue can be as simple as wearing blue socks, or a blue t-shirt. This fundraiser is open to anyone and you can take part wherever you are on the day.
