Counselling Self-Referral
If you are 18+ you can self-refer to our counselling services without having to go through your GP first.
We offer subsidised rates of £30 for online/telephone sessions and £40 for in-person sessions.

We are not a crisis service - if you think you may act on suicidal feelings or may seriously harm yourself, you need urgent medical help.
