Suicide Awareness Online - Morning Course

We are holding a special ‘Pay What You Can’ online event in recognition of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Our aim is to educate, help raise awareness and reduce stigma around suicide and mental health.

This is a 90 minute session with time for questions and discussion at the end. Our short course is for anyone who is interested in mental health or worried about a friend, loved one or employee. No previous experience is needed.

Participants will explore:

- The difference between suicidal thoughts and intentions

- Causes of suicidal feelings and underlying factors

- What you can do to help

- What you should do in an emergency

- How you can support yourself

This is a 'Pay What You Can' event. Unfortunately this session is not funded, so we are asking for a minimum donation of £1 against each ticket reservation, to cover some of our costs.
