Following the success of last year’s event, Southend's free Feel Good Festival is back at Garon Park for the second year running, only this time bigger and better!

Explore our 4 Feel Good Zones: Eat Well, Move More, Stay Safe and Be Social. There will be something for all of the family! Together we can bring the community together to celebrate the feel-good power of all things health and wellbeing.

Our charity will be having a stand at the event to help raise mental health awareness and donations to help support our local services.

We will be in need of volunteers to help us set up, pack down and help man our stand for all or part of the day. If you would like to join us for this event (no experience needed!), please do get in touch.
