South East and Central Essex Mind would like to invite you to our ‘Meet The Charity’ event; to discover more about our work and future plans and network with other like-minded organisations and individuals.
You will be able to find out more about our work and how to get involved with our future plans, fundraising events and volunteer opportunities. We will also have information on our charity partnerships and how we can help support your business or organisation through our wellbeing sessions and mental health training.
Complimentary tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the afternoon.
We will be also holding a raffle that will include the chance to win a free mental health training session for your workplace or group. All donations raised will help fund our services.
There will be the chance to network with like-minded members of the community and browse resource stands. We will be joined by local mental health groups such as Run Free, Andy's Man Club and London Southend Airport who will also be promoting their activities and sharing their experience of working with SECE Mind.
