We are looking for a Floating Support Worker to join our Services Team.

We are looking for new team members to join our Supported Housing Service. You will be delivering floating mental health support for individuals with a variety of mental health support needs and those at risk of developing poor mental health. Delivery holistic mental health support through 1:1 sessions in the community and ad-hoc telephone support.
